Bryer’s roll-forming equipment produces a wide range of standing seam, flush and corrugated profiles suited to a wide range of architectural applications. All raw materials are tension leveled prior to roll-forming in order to offer the very best in consistency and flatness. Panels are custom produced for each project with length tolerances down to less than 1/16”. Factory produced and crated panels, up to 80 feet, are available for shipment anywhere in the world. On-site fabrication capabilities allows them to produce panels in excess of 150 feet directly on the job site.
The incredibly wide range of metals available give the designer unlimited possibilities: steel, aluminum, copper, zinc, anodized, weathering steel and stucco embossed are just a few of the options. Give them your ideas and they will make them a reality.
TBC-ULTRA is a premier architectural panel that features a continuous interlocking seam to provide superior wind and water protection. In addition, it incorporates a concealed clip that eliminates the need for exposed fasteners and allows for thermal expansion and contraction.
With its exceptional durability and weather resistence, TBC-ULTRA is a perfect choice for roofing, mansard, fascia, and sidewall applications. The recommended minimum slope is 3:12. Contact The Bryer Company for lower slope applications and project specific details.
TBC-SUPERSEAM is the architect's first choice on low-slope applications, or when superior weather resistance is required. A single or double lock leg, that is mechanically seamed in the field, provides an excellent defense against air and water infiltration.
As a structural panel, TBC-SUPERSEAM can be installed over a solid substrate, open framing, or rigid insulation. The overall durability of this panel make it an excellent choice when only the best will do. The recommended minimum slope is 1&frasl2:12. Contact The Bryer Company for lower slope application, project specific details, or questions.
TBC-SUPER CURVE offers architects the ability to use a high strength, mechanically seamed panel in a radius application. Panels can be curved down to a 10-foot radius allowing for dramatic designs while maintaining exceptional weather resistance. The curving process requires optional seam sealant, to be applied in the field, and a flat pan (without striations or stiffener ribs).
TBC-CAPLOC and CAPLOC Plus are incredibly versatile standing seam panels suitable for a wide range of applications. Using a separate concealed clip allows for thermal expansion and contractions while maintaining weather resistance down to a 3:12 slope.
TBC-MASTERSEAM is an excellent choice for architectural and high end residential applications. A 1-1&frasl2 inch mechanically locked standing seam in either a single or double lock configuration offers improved weather tightness that will stand up against the harshest environments.
TBC-MASTERSEAM is produced using an AZ50 Galvalume substrate that offers some of the best corrosion resistance in the industry. The standard paint system is a Kynar 500 / Hylar 5000 coating offering unparalleled fade and chalk resistance and backed up with a 35 year non-prorated finish warranty. Continuous factory produced lengths up to 80 feet are available with optional injected seam sealant. Lengths of 150 feet plus are possible with on site fabrication. Weathertightness warranties, up to 30 years, are also available.
For natural metals like Copper and Zinc TBC-MASTERSEAM is the preferred choice. The recommended minimum slope is 1:12. Contact The Bryer Company for lower slope applications, project specific details or questions.
TBC-Flush is an attractive choice for wall, fascia, mansard, or soffit applications. With its concealed fastener seam and smooth, flush appearance, this panel is an excellent choice to add a distinctive look to any project.
Bryer’s 7.2 Rib is an incredibly versatile panel for architectural, commercial and industrial applications. Equally suited to both roof or sidewall, it’s bold profile offers a dramatic design element to almost any project. 7.2 Rib can be installed over a solid substrate, or open framing, and can run vertical or horizontal on sidewall applications. Its structural strength makes it an excellent choice for long span applications.
Bryer’s 7⁄8Corrugated panel is a multi-functional profile suitable for roof, wall or soffit applications. The symmetrical wavy corrugations are aesthetically pleasing and can be produced in a multitude of materials and finishes. 7⁄8 Corrugated is ideal for architectural applications, both on the roof or sidewall, in vertical or horizontal applications.
