AlumaFab's project management team oversees the submittal and project production processes, which involves several quality control checkpoints to ensure quality and accuracy. During the submittal process, shop drawings are prepared, color selection samples are obtained and product data is assembled for approvals. During this process, the engineering department identifies and resolves any discrepancies or design issues to ensure proper fabrication and installation.
Upon completion of a project, project management coordinates material deliveries, providing necessary close-out documents, which include record set shop drawings, installation instructions, care and maintenance manuals and required warranties.
All AlumaFab systems are manufactured in-house and shipped to the site ready for installation with no field fabrication required. This allows the manufacturer to prioritize fabrication, control fabrication schedules and monitor product quality. Independent shipping companies are contracted to transport materials to the project site or specified delivery location.
