The Work Consists Of All Labor, Skill, And Materials Required To Properly Construct The South Side Reservoir. Major Components Of The Project Include: Contract 1 General Construction (Lump Sum): Mobilization, Bonding, And Insurance For All Project Work Shown On The Drawings Including: Site Work; Furnishing And Installing Large Concrete Vault, Manhole, Excavation, Borrow, And Fill To Install And Support A New 4.0 Million Gallon Reservoir With Integral 1.5 Million Gallon Interior Reservoir. New Reservoir Has Bidding Options For Roof Type And Height. Project Includes All Related Water Process Piping, Fittings, And Valves; Overflow And Drain Piping; Architectural Treatment Options; Finishes (Painting, Coatings); Asphalt Access Road, Fences, Seeding, Other Restoration And Erosion Control; And Miscellaneous Related Construction, Equipment, And Appurtenances. Also Included In The Project Is Retrofit Of The Existing Collins Avenue Reservoir Flow Control Vault And Site Piping Modifications. Contract 2 Electrical Construction (Lump Sum): Mobilization, Bonding, And Insurance For All Project Work Shown On The Electrical Drawings Including: Furnishing And Installing New Power To Reservoir Site And Electronic Equipment For Support And Communication To The New Reservoir. New Reservoir Equipment Includes New Incoming Feed Power, Transformer, Conduit, Wiring, Metering, Panels, Lighting, Pressure Transducer, Controls Cabinet, Floor Flood Sensors, Heater, Dehumidifier, And Radio Telemetry. Also Included In The Project Is New Control Wiring For A New General Contractor Supplied Flow Control Actuator Located In The Existing Collins Avenue Reservoir Vault. Contract 3 Combined Construction (Lump Sum): Mobilization, Bonding, And Insurance For All General Construction And Electrical Construction As Described In Contracts 1 And 2.
