Project Description:

Bridge[s] & Culvert[s], Sidewalk[s], Curb[s], Gutter[s], Fencing, Sewage Piping Constructing a four inch thick - eight foot wide concrete sidewalk from the Cit Park (Saratoga Heights Park Area) on the south to the New Elementary School on the north in Bradford County, a distance of approximately 0.2 miles. Included within the project is the construction of a pedestrian bridge across an existin drainage ditch. The sidewalk will begin at the end of the pavement where Johns Drive (on the north side of the road) dead-ends at the west end of the City Park. It will meander around the south side of the existing pine trees, over to the existing opening between the drainage ditch fencing and the lift station fencing. The sidewalk will then cross over the existing drainage ditch by way o a pedestrian bridge. It will proceed in a north east direction, passing just east of an existing wooden power pole, to the school 6' high chain-link fencing approximately 68 feet north of the south west fence corner of the school property. A 12' wide gate is to be constructed at this location in the existing school 6' high chain-link fence. The sidewalk construction will proceed north along the school side of the west perimeter fence and then north east along the west side of the exercise equipment, then turn east for approximately 200 feet and tie into the existing concrete sidewalk from the school.
