Railroads, Sitework Project Is Located Along A Former Railroad Right-Of-Way From The Vicinity Of Pennsylvania Ave SE To An Existing Railroad Gate Entrance To The Anacostia Nava Station Approximately 2.8 Miles In Length, With Additional Limited Right-Of-Way Available North Of Pennsylvania Ave As A Construction Staging Area. Work Includes Mobilization Including Project Signs, Groundbreaking And Temporary Construction Facilities Perimeter Fencing; Erosion And Sediment Control For Wor Within The Project Limits; Debris Removal And Disposal From The Right-Of-Way; And Clearing And Grubbing For An Approximate 25' To 40' Width, Option Portion Includes Rail Removal From Track And On-Site Disposal; Cross Tie Removal From Track And Disposal; Type A-1 Fence Restoration; Rail Dock Demolition; Timber/Asphalt Pad Demolition; Ballast Removal At Selected Locations And Disposal; Class 2 Excavation, Disposal, And Backfill; And Class 3 Petroleum-Contaminated Material Excavation, Disposal, And Backfill. Also Ballas Removal From Track Is Required At Select Locations
