Park Building Design and build a new 3,200 square foot clear-span, pre-engineered metal building (PEB) to be used as a 4-bay maintenance shop, an attached 800 square foot covered storage structure and enclosed mechanical room along the back longitudinal wall of the main structure, a common concrete foundation system and slab, and underground utilities directly under the building slab. Attached to the back of the main building along the longitudinal axis shall be a 10 foot width x 80 foot length x 12 foot eave height covered storage area Underground Utilities: The contractor shall be responsible for installing underground utility lines as will be described in the specifications and as will be shown on the contract drawings. These lines shall consist of sewer, water, and electrical services. They shall be capped and terminated five feet from the building perimeter, with surface indication of each line termination.
