Military Housing, Barracks Construction Of One 10-Person Barracks Building And Connection To Existing On Site Utilities. The Building May Be Either Site Built Or Modular Construction. Site Built Buildings May Be Placed On A Slab On Grade With Footings Or A Raised Floor With Concrete Footings And Stem Walls. Required Utility Connections Include Lpg Gas, Electrical, Telephone, Water And Sewage Disposal. Solicitation Also Includes The Following Optional Work Items: (1)Construction Of A 840 Sq Ft Addition On The Existing Engine Bay At The Work Center, Which May Be Either Conventional Stick Built Or A Combination Of Metal Building Construct And On Site Bui< (2) Construction Of One 40 Ft Tall Steel Rappel Tower Including Engineering For Site Specific Conditions And Loading; (3) Construction Of A 470 Foot Long Single Lane Paved Road To The Rappel Tower, Plus Parking; And (4) Various Barracks Appliances.
