Library Construction of approximately 16,400 sq.ft. single story branch library to be located off Alexander Road just west of Martin Luther King Boulevard in the City of North Las Vegas. The work generally involves construction of CMU masonry exterior walls, thermoplastic single ply membrane roofing, metal roofing, sitework,landscaping and irrigation, utilities, asphalt/concrete drive and parking areas, colored concrete sidewalks and patios book drops, electronic sliding entrance doors, storefront systems, structural steel framing and decking, concrete, stud and drywall systems for interior walls, acoustical coating materials, firestopping, joint sealants, wall and roo insulation, suspended lay-in ceilings, framed gypsum board ceilings, steel and wood doors and hardware, skylight systems, glazing, Portland cement plaster (stucco) exterior walls, tile, resilient flooring and base, carpet, painting, signage,lockers, toilet and bath accessories, roller shades, fire-alarm systems and suppression piping, intrusion detection, HVAC and plumbing systems lighting, power, telephone, data-communications,switchgear and other related systems and materials.
