Governmental Office[s], Government - Miscellaneous Building Administrative , Boat Storage, Computer, Holding Area, Locker Room, Maintenance Mechanical Room, Office[s], Processing, Sally Port, Security Concrete Slab On Grade Foundation, CMU Block Structural Frame, Other Roof Structure, Asphalt Shingle Roof Construction Of 2 Two New Replacement Border Patrol Stations, One In Jackman An One In Calais Maine. The First In The Baileyville Industrial Park Route 1 Calais, The Second In Jackman On Route 6/15 The Corps Of Engineers Will Be Performing Construction Management Services For This Contract. Work To Include But Not Be Limited To The Following: Construction On A Minimum 10 Acre Site And Consist Of Approximately 10,000 Square Foot Commercial Building With Options That Could Potentially Double The Building Size. The Border Patrol Stations Wil Be Constructe On Wooded Lots, Complete With Systems Furniture Designed To Operate 24 Hours Per Day And Will Include Enclosed Dog Kennels; Backup Generator; Trash Dumpster;Security Systems To Include Fencing; Gasoline Storage/Dispensing; Heating Oil Storage; And Flag Pole.Options May Include A Combination Of The Following: Enclosed Parking Garage For Vehicles Including A Wash Bay, ATVs, Motorcycles And Snowmobiles; Enclosed Sally Port; Enclosed ASU Parking; Enclosed Vehicle Maintennance Bay; A Helicopter Pad (Jackman); And Enclosed Marine Bay(Calais). The Construction Of A Water Well And Septic System Will Be Required At Jackman Also Extention Of Three Phase Electricity To The Jackman Site Will Be Required. Work Will Be Required During The Winter In Order To Meet Scheduled Opening No Later Than Early Summer Of 2005
