One (1) 3' By 7' Insulated Steel Man Door With Security Combination Lockset. 4. Engineered Foundation With 6" Reinforced Concrete Slab Oon Grade With 8' Aprons At Overhead Doors And A 3' By 3' Concrete Stoop At The Man Door. 5. Exterior Wall And Roof System Are To Be Proposed By Prospective Contractors But Must Be Durable, Low Maintenance, Energy Efficient (R-19 Wall, R-38 Roof Insulation) And Cost Effective. 6. Provide Two (2) 2" Capped High Pressure Water Lines To 5' Outside Of Buildin And All Into Interior 3' Above Finished Floor (No Interior Plumbing Is Planned) 7.
