Project Description:

Excavating & Grading, Sitework Reclaiming An Existing Silt Pond By Reconstructing The Primary Spillway (12" dia. HDPE Pipe); This Will Eliminate The Possibility Of A Large Volume Of Water Being Released. The Outflow From The Primary And The Emergency Spillway Will Be Directed Into Gabion Channels And Brought To The Existing Drain. The Lower Reaches Of The Drain Will Be Directed Into A Reinforced Rectangular Concrete Channel. This Will Require Some Drain Realignment For Part Of The Channel As Depicted In The Drawings Which Sill Prevent The Residential Area From Being Inundated With Water. Subdrain Will Also Be Placed Along The Back Of The Residence To Further Aid In Keeping Water Away From The Residence. A Hoe Ram Bi Item Has Been Included If Solid Rock Is Encountered During Drain Realignment Excavation Efforts-To Be Used As Directed By The Engineer. An Adequate Amount O Class II/III For Backfill Behind The Concrete Wall And Other Areas Where Stability Is Critical.
