Runway 9/27 Will Be Improved For Its Entire Length Of Approximately 8,930', Including Shoulders And Bituminous Blast Pads, Portions Of Taxiways A1, V1, C And B Will Be Milled And Resurfaced, Existing Runway And Taxiway Bituminous Surface Courses Will Be Milled To A Nominal Depth Of Three Inches Below The Proposed Finish Grade And Replaced With Three Inches Of Bituminous Surface Course, Areas Of Normal Six Inch Milling And Replacement Where Selected Taxiway Intersect The Runway, Existing Variable Depth Bituminous Shoulder Pavement Will Be Removed And Replaced With Four Inch Bituminous Surface Course, Existing Ston Base Under Shoulder Pavement Will Be Proofrolled, Soft Areas Will Be Removed An Replaced, Additional Stone Will Be Added As Necessary, Base Will Be Graded And Compacted, Pavement Striping And Markings Will Be Restored And Runway Pavement Will Be Grooved, Existing Centerline Lights And Conduit At Intersection Taxiway Will Be Replaced, Existing Runway Edge Lights And Conduit Will Be Replaced, Electrical Circuits Upgraded, New Regulators Will Be Installed In The Electrica Vault.
