Lorin Industries, Inc. has successfully introduced several coil-anodized finishes such as ClearMatt®, ColorIn®, Antique Copper, AlumaPlus®, AnoZincTM, and many more with an infinite color selection and finishing options.

ClearMatt® Architectural Class I and Class II Anodize Finishes

ClearMatt® Architectural Class I and Class II finishes meet the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) standard for high performance anodic finishes that can be used for multiple exterior applications. The translucent anodic layer of our ClearMatt® finish accentuates the natural metallic beauty of the aluminum and does not cover it up like paint. Typical applications include wall cladding, composite panels, and standing seam roof systems.

Features and Benefits:

  • Will not chip, flake, chalk, or peel
  • Exceptional corrosion and abrasion resistance
  • Meets AAMA 611-12 standards
  • Low maintenance and ease of cleaning
  • Available with a 20 year limited surface warranty
  • Contains no volatile organic compounds
  • Color is fade resistant

ColorIn® Anodize Finishes

The ColorIn® finishing process utilizes a specialized coil-anodizing technology using a two-step electrolytic coloring system. The combination of an Architectural Class I and II film thickness with this inorganic coloring chemistry offers excellent corrosion protection along with superior fade resistance under harsh weathering conditions. The ColorIn® finishes are available in a wide range of earth-tone colors having exceptional color consistency as compared to a batch anodizing process. Typical applications include wall cladding, composite panels, and standing seam roof systems.

Features and Benefits:

  • Will not chip, flake, chalk, or peel
  • Exceptional corrosion and abrasion resistance
  • Excellent fade resistance
  • Meets AAMA 611-12 standards
  • Low maintenance and ease of cleaning
  • Available with a 20 year limited surface warranty
  • Contains no volatile organic compounds

Antique Copper Anodize Finishes

Antique Copper anodized finishes utilize Lorin’s ColorIn® process with a highly-advanced chemical treatment technology creating a range of unique copper finishes. The technology provides the designer with an aluminum copper finish that will not patina like real copper, offer excellent corrosion protection along with exceptional fade resistance. The Antique Copper anodized finishes are available in three color shades and typically used for wall cladding, composite panels, cupolas, and standing seam roof systems.

Features and Benefits:

  • Will not chip, flake, chalk, or peel
  • Exceptional corrosion and abrasion resistance
  • Excellent fade resistance
  • Meets AAMA 611-12 standards
  • Low maintenance and ease of cleaning
  • Available with a 20 year limited surface warranty
  • Contains no volatile organic compounds

AlumaPlus® Anodize Finishes

AlumaPlus® brushed texture and rich colors provide the interior designer with an elegant finish that simulates the appearance of stainless steel without the huge price tag. AlumaPlus® was designed for interior applications such as ceiling panel systems, decorative wall panels, elevator cabs, and many more.

Features and Benefits:

  • Will not chip, flake, chalk, or peel
  • Designed to simulate a brushed stainless steel
  • For interior applications
  • Low maintenance and ease of cleaning
  • Contains no volatile organic compounds

AnoZincTM, Architectural Class I and Architectural Class II Anodize Finishes

AnoZincTM anodized finishes utilize a highly-advanced chemical treatment technology creating a finish simulating real zinc, without the exorbitant price tag. The technology provides the designer with a zinc appearance that will not patina like real zinc, which will not scratch as easily as zinc, offer excellent corrosion protection along with superior fade resistance. The AnoZincTM Architectural Class I anodized finish is a darker, rich zinc color; the AnoZincTM Architectural Class II finish has a softer, lighter zinc color. Typical applications include, but not limited to the designers imagination, wall cladding, composite panels, standing seam roof systems, store fronts, and many more.

Features and Benefits:

  • Will not chip, flake, chalk, or peel
  • Exceptional corrosion and abrasion resistance
  • Superior fade resistance
  • Meets AAMA 611-12 standards
  • Low maintenance and ease of cleaning
  • Available with a 20 year limited surface warranty
  • Contains no volatile organic compounds
