U.S. Chief Economist, Reed
Bernard M. Markstein provides economic analysis and forecasts of commercial construction activity, as well as developments in building materials prices. Dr. Markstein has extensive experience analyzing, interpreting and forecasting commercial construction, housing, real estate, financial markets and regional markets and is frequently quoted in national press, including Bloomberg TV and Nightly Business Report. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Brown University and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Yale University.

T.J. Boyle
Director Market Intelligence, Reed
T. J. Boyle is a 13-year construction industry veteran, with sales experience across national and international corporations, market development strategies and adoption of BIM for cold-formed steel framing. In building product manufacturing roles, T. J. drove specification influence within the architectural community. In his current role, he is leading development of marketing intelligence vehicles, including cūbus, to increase actionable insight into construction market activity.



Tim Duggan
Senior Market Intelligence Analyst, Reed
Tim Duggan has 20-plus years of experience with construction project data, construction cost data combined with database management and statistics. An analytics expert, Tim has been responsible for integrating project data into building product manufacturers’ business and strategic planning. He has also developed forecasting models, as well as interactive web-based dashboard services that allow building product manufacturers to monitor specification influence, market share and market size.

Daimon Bridge is the Senior Director of Market Intelligence at Reed. A skilled product development and management executive, Daimon received double Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Business Marketing, as well as an MA in Business Administration from Charleston Southern University. Prior to joining Reed, Daimon held leadership roles at some of the world’s largest information services companies, including FiServ, Lexis-Nexis and Equifax.
