Power Lines, Power Stations Construction Project: McNary Transformer Banks T -6 & T-7 Installation, The Wor Is Located At McNary Dam, Umatilla County, Oregon, On The Columbia River, This Work Involves Uninstalling & Removing 3 Each, 230 kV Transformers & 3 Each, 115 kV Transformers, The Old Transformers Will Be Replaced With 6 New Government Supplied Transformers Under This Contract, The Transformers Are To Be Removed From The Transformer Vaults Located On Top Of McNary Dam & Taken Off The Projec For Disposal By The Contractor, The Transformers Are Currently In Use, Each 230 kV Transformer Weighs 175, 700 Pounds Without Oil & Has Approx. 9,400 Gallons O Transformer Oil, Each 115 kV Transformer Weighs 124,640 Pounds & Has Approx 6,200 Gallons Of Oil, The Oil Shall Be Removed & Disposed Of Before The Transformers Are Moved From The Transformer Vaults, The New Transformers Are In Storage At The Dam
